How to Preorder our Bandai Products

Due to popular demand of Bandai products and the likelihood that allocations will be enforced by the Manufacturer, preorders will only be opened closer to the official release so that we can ensure exactly how many units are in transit before accepting firm preorders.

If you would like to put your name down on our waiting list, please email your full name & delivery option to sales@ai-fest.co.za (You are required to have an account on our online store to be able to be added to our waiting list). Once preorders are opened, we will create orders on behalf of those on the waiting list on first-come-first-served basis. Being on our waiting list does not guarantee stock availability, but if we are able to gauge interest well before the time of release, we will aim to bring enough for everyone.

Once orders have opened, a minimum 50% deposit will be required on invoice to secure your order, any orders that are unpaid will be cancelled without notice. Balance will be due once price is confirmed on arrival, and you will be notified accordingly when it is due.

Additional Notes

• The Release / Arrival Date for our Bandai products may be delayed due to International Production / Shipping delays.
• Please note that the pricing for these products are an estimation and will only be confirmed closer to the arrival date.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure your preorder/back order within 7 days of the order being placed. Preorders/Back Orders for these products with no deposit will be cancelled and additional stock cannot be guaranteed. Once the pricing has been confirmed, you will be notified of the balance due for your preorder/back order.
• We strive to ship your pre-ordered product(s) to you in time for you to receive them on the release date, however we cannot guarantee delivery on the release date due to factors out of our control (e.g. stock delivery delays to and from suppliers etc).
